- The customer should inspect all of our products upon receipt. All of our products are inspected for quality before shipping and should arrive in good condition. Notify us immediately if there are any defects or damage. You Bling You cannot be responsible for items that are not reported defective or damaged within 7 days of the delivery date to the customer. We have a NO REFUNDS policy but will make every effort to make it right. Our customer's satisfaction is our #1 priority!
