Thank you for being a valuable You Bling You customer.  Please review the Terms & Conditions below.

• All of our products are handmade and are subject to minor imperfections which should not be confused with defects or damage.  
• The customer should inspect all of our products upon receipt.  All of our products are inspected for quality before shipping and should arrive in good condition.  Notify us immediately if there are any defects or damage.  You Bling You cannot be responsible for items that are not reported defective or damaged within 7 days of the delivery date to the customer.  We have a NO REFUNDS policy but will make every effort to make it right.  Our customer's satisfaction is our #1 priority!
• Actual products received by customer may ever so slightly vary from the items pictured on our website because they are handmade and not mass produced by a machine.
